Welcome to our new site focused on family and getting out in nature. In today's world we are often consumed with daily schedules, multi-tasking, and simply getting the kids from one activity to the next. Our generation has access to the world with just a voice command to our closest device. Why is it that the simple things in life seem to have escaped us, or are they still there and we just need to go get them? Another school year is coming to a close and yet our summer seems to already be filled with soccer camps, expected play dates, and a list of to-do's because we feel the need to fill our "down" time. I reflect back to my days as a kid waiting for the last couple weeks of school to end while dreaming of summer break. The possibilities seemed endless but none of it was on a schedule or pre-registered for.
